What are the different types of Channel partners
Referal Partner
A Referral Partner will generate and qualify sales leads (‘aka’ sales opportunities) and register these with Worldwide Quality Control against receipt of a contractually agreed finder fee and subject to specific terms and conditions of the contract between Worldwide Quality Control and Referral Partner.
Agent
A sales agent is tasked with the responsibility of generating and qualifying sales leads, as well as selling Worldwide Quality Control’s products under the Worldwide Quality Control brand name and in accordance with Worldwide Quality Control’s established pricing, terms, and conditions. In return, the agent receives a commission as stipulated in the contract between Worldwide Quality Control and the agent, which is subject to specific terms and conditions.
Typically, an agent is also entrusted with managing customer relationships.
Some agents may also offer additional services, such as sourcing and procurement services, logistics. To provide these services, agents must complete appropriate training through Worldwide Quality Control’s training and certification program for Channel Partners (CPs). However, it’s important to note that the financial and commercial risks associated with customer transactions always remain the responsibility of Worldwide Quality Control.
